Samsung Galaxy Smartphone Safety and Emergency (Emergency Sharing, Emergency Location Service) Features and How to Use Them

Emergency sharing
Send a message with pictures and audio to your emergency contacts.

1. From Settings, tap Safety and emergency > Emergency sharing. Choose what
   to send to your emergency contacts if you need help:

• Emergency contacts: Add contacts you trust to help you in an emergency.
• Attach pictures: Take and send pictures from your front and rear cameras.
• Attach audio recording: Record and send five seconds of audio.

1. Tap Start emergency sharing to send your selected media to your emergency
   contacts.

Emergency Location Service
If Emergency Location Service (ELS) is supported in your region, when you call or text
an emergency number, your device can automatically send its location to
emergency response partners.

1. From Settings, tap Safety and emergency > Emergency Location Service.
2. Tap to turn on Emergency Location Service.
